Industrial

As purpose of the use of industrial paint its flash time is supposed to be max of 5 minutes. For this reason, it offers easiness for mass-produced heavy machinery equipments’ loading and stocking. With the advanced technology, more qualified paints are produced, besides this feature. Following industrial paints, polyurethane finishing coat and epoxy finishing coat paints meet the needs of the industry. And Kardelen Paint can present all types of these products in packs. Every paint has qualities and ways of use of its own. Thus, usage of these products requires care and adjustment to its terms.

Firstly, the application surface shouldn’t be contaminated or humid. Metal surfaces should be cleansed of inclusions (grease, oil, etc.) with appropriate chemicals. If occurred before the application, stains of corrosion should be wiped off physically (with spatula and sandpaper). After thinning the product depending on its features, it should be used on the cleaned surfaces in convenient environmental conditions. Synthetic thinner is definitely not used in industrial product group. Otherwise, decomposition of paint is likely to occur.

Because they are applied with spray guns, approximately 100 – 150 microns of film layers form on the surface. Not smooth symmetrical move of the gun and the constant change of air pressure would cause variation between layers, and so this would automatically affect pigment concentration. This can lead to an uneven image with the tones of colors.
